We may have lost the damned battle log for Warp last night as well as the last LX log, because it seems that AddonInteractive seems to think that I have not paid for it when I did. Until I get this sorted, we are going to need to fall back on AIM chats for the RPs in Void.
In order to open an AIM chat, if you choose to, first be sure your AIM client is updated. The current client is 7.5.8.2. If you go to Help>About, you can see what version you have.
After you are sure your AIM client is updated, you go Options (upper right-hand corner of your AIM window>New Group Chat or hit ALT-C from the AIM window. A window will appear asking you for the names of the people you wish to invite at the top; at the bottom is where you can name the chat something other than the random numbers it gives as a default.
You can roll dice in an AIM chat by using the //roll command.. an example is //roll-dice1-sides100 (which is what I use for all my RPGs). You can specify the number of sides.
If you do use AIM logs, please let people know that you are playing by posting the fact that your chat is open and who to IM to get access to the room. Also, please try to get logs up in a timely manner if you want what happened in chat to have bearing on the rest of the game!
