um...generally wolf spiders dont bite people..unless you startle it or back it into a corner..poor little wolf spider. You know they are one of the only spiders that raise thier young..a spider that size likely had about 50 babies riding on her back.

I probably trapped it between my foot and the chair or whatever when I put my foot behind me. But... it still frickin BIT MEEEE!!!
Usually, if I see them around, I just leave 'em because they eat other, much more annoying bugs.
